Stomach ache and heartburn can be so depressing that we even lose our joy in life, but in order not to experience any stomach discomfort, we need to pay attention to many factors. Not drinking alcohol, not smoking and of course, eating healthy is among the most important factors. but what foods really are good for stomach aches and heartburn? Let’s find out together…
Cauliflower
Boiled cauliflower can cure all problems by protecting the stomach from acid attacks. The sulforaphane substance in its content is used as the raw material of ulcer medicine.
Liquorice
A powerful stomach protector. According to recent studies, it reduces excessive acidity in the stomach.
Cabbage
Prefer to eat cabbage raw. Cut into thin strips and make a salad. Juice the cabbage in the fruit puree, mix it with the same amount of apple juice and drink. Cabbage is known as the cure for ulcers and gastritis.
Potatoes
Raw potato juice is a natural remedy for heartburn. Peel the potato and squeeze the juice into the fruit puree. Mix it with water, carrot juice or celery juice and drink.

Studies show that drinking mineral water with a high hydrogen carbonate content can help to alleviate the frequency and severity of acid reflux.
Spinach
If you’re a fan of leafy greens you may be wondering if spinach is good for acid reflux. Green leafy veggies like spinach are good for GERD and acid reflux, according to the Mayo Clinic. That’s because spinach is not acidic, and thus shouldn’t instigate reflux.
Olive oil

Whole wheat bread is more healthful than white bread but is high in fibre and can be difficult for some people to eat.
