Avocado is a great anti-ageing antioxidant thanks to its Vitamin E. It also has Vitamin C which stimulates collagen production and makes for a great face mask. Mash half a cup and apply it on your face before washing it off after 10 minutes. If your skin reacts to avocado try mayonnaise. It works perfectly.

2. Kosher Salt for Body Scrub

Save on body scrubs by using some kosher salt instead. Mix this with some olive oil and enjoy a superb body scrub. You can also substitute kosher salt with sugar.

3. Beets for Lip Stick

Beets are naturally bright coloured and a beet can give your lips a great red-violet lipstick alternative that will last for hours. Simply rub a freshly cut beet onto your lips and add some shine with your preferred lip gloss and save big.
